PBN / ANSWER

How to choose a PBN provider

A reliable PBN provider does four things: vets every domain before buying it, gives you a price and a timeline before work starts, takes payment in stages and hands the network over to your own accounts with the source files. Our builds cost $200, $300 or $450 per site, a 10-site network takes 2 weeks, and each stage is paid only after you accept the previous one.

Domains: what to check before purchase

The domain is the foundation of every site in the network, and no amount of good content fixes a bad one. Ask the provider what exactly they check before buying a drop, and whether they will show you the findings for each domain.

We work with auction drops and check four things before purchase: content history, backlinks, transfer rights and technical condition. On Premium we only take hand-picked drops, DR 20+ and TF 10+, with topical history, and run an extended review. The details are on our domain audit page.

The quote: what the price is made of

A good quote separates the build from running costs. The build is the provider's work. Domains and hosting are external costs: a drop is priced by the specific domain, hosting by the provider. If you are given a single figure with no breakdown, you cannot tell how much went on domains and how much on labour.

We work out the first-year budget with an open formula: number of sites × (tier + domain + 12 × monthly hosting). Tiers and a calculator are on the pricing page, and every cost line is explained in how much a custom PBN costs.

The sites: content, design and hosting

Sites in one network should not look like copies of each other. Shared templates and shared hosting tie sites together, both for search engines and for anyone who looks closely.

Every tier we offer includes unique content and a unique design for each site, and hosting for every site is registered under unique details. How we write and check pages is covered on our content and quality pages.

Payment and guarantees: what fair terms look like

Fair terms mean staged payment: you pay for the next stage after accepting the previous one, so you only ever have the current stage at risk. If we have not started a stage, we refund it.

Guarantees should cover what the provider actually controls. We guarantee indexing: if a site is not indexed by Google or Yandex within 30 days of delivery, we replace the domain and move the site free of charge, and you get 14 days of free revisions. We do not guarantee rankings, since they depend on the search engines, and a provider who promises them should make you wary.

Handover: who owns the network

The key question is whose accounts the domains and hosting sit on. If they stay on the provider's, the network is effectively theirs and you are paying for access.

We move the domains, hosting and sites to your accounts, hand over the source files and test a restore from backup before you sign off. The network belongs to you. See our handover page for the process.

A checklist before you pay

  • The provider tells you what they check in each domain before buying it.
  • Build, domains and hosting appear as separate lines in the quote.
  • Timeline and budget are fixed before work starts.
  • Payment is staged, with a refund for any stage not yet started.
  • There is an indexing guarantee and a free revision period.
  • Domains and hosting are registered to your accounts, and the source files are handed over.
  • A restore from backup is tested before you sign off.

Common questions

What should I ask a provider first?

Which domains they use and what they check in them, how the quote is built, how payment works, what they guarantee and whose accounts the network will be registered to.

What are the warning signs?

Promised rankings, a single figure with no breakdown, full payment up front and domains that stay on the provider's account.

How can I judge a provider's results?

Ask for Google Search Console data rather than screenshots from third-party tools. Our iGaming case with Search Console data is on the results page.

What happens if a site is not indexed?

If a site is not indexed by Google or Yandex within 30 days of delivery, we replace the domain and move the site free of charge.

Wouldn't it be simpler to rent links?

A rented link lasts only as long as you keep paying, and the site owner stays in control. We compare the two in your own PBN vs rented links.
