PBN content: usefulness and acceptance

A page should solve a reader’s problem, not merely contain a keyword. A content brief starts with the reader’s question and ends with a checkable outcome.

PBN content: usefulness and acceptance: Define the outcome → Include an applicable → Check rights and trans

Define the outcome

For example, an irrigation-system guide should help compare flow, compatibility and maintenance. A generic definition of irrigation does not automatically solve that task. Improve an existing page when it already addresses the same intent.

Include an applicable example

Provide a comparison table, procedure or template. Numbers need a source or an explicit example label. Do not present an illustration as a real test or invent testimonials.

Check rights and translation

Retain image sources and permissions. A complete language equivalent translates tables, captions, forms and examples, not just headings. Each language page needs its own self-canonical URL.

Acceptance checklist

The reader’s question is clear; the answer is complete; sources open; examples are reproducible; images explain something; original dates remain intact; there are no internal contradictions. Record a specific revision whenever a check fails.

Use this procedure as a project checklist. The exact service scope belongs in your agreed brief.
