Request an asset dossier

It should list the domain, topic, language, CMS, last inspection date, registrar account owner and files included in the handover. A homepage screenshot does not establish the right to transfer a domain.

Check the numbers

Distinguish Search Console data, web analytics and third-party estimates. Compare the same period and region. Referring-domain counts alone establish neither link quality nor visits.

Inspect the condition

Open substantive pages and check HTTPS, response codes, internal links, canonical tags, sitemap and mobile layout. Confirm whether licences, images, backups and source files remain available after handover.

Decision example

A site has source files and licensed content, but no registrar access. Until transfer rights are confirmed, the asset is not ready for purchase. Ask in Telegram for available assets and their prices; confirm availability before ordering.
